These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Noscopo, a check-in and safety-notification service operated by Rokskari Corporation ("Noscopo," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating a profile or using Noscopo, you agree to these Terms.
What Noscopo is — and isn't
Noscopo lets you start a check-in timer, optionally verify a guest's identity, and automatically notify a designated emergency contact if you don't check back in. Noscopo is a safety-notification tool, not an emergency response service, security guarantee, or substitute for law enforcement. It does not monitor you in real time, does not dispatch emergency responders, and does not guarantee that any alert will be delivered or acted upon in time. In an active emergency, always contact local emergency services directly (dial 123 in Colombia, or your local emergency number).
Your account
- You must provide accurate information, including a phone number you control, to use Noscopo.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and check-in PIN confidential.
- You're responsible for keeping your emergency contact's information current and for confirming they're willing to be contacted on your behalf.
Messaging consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS and WhatsApp messages from Noscopo related to account verification, check-in reminders, and safety alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Identity verification
Where Noscopo offers identity/cédula verification, results are provided for informational purposes only and depend on third-party and government data sources that we do not control and cannot guarantee are accurate, complete, or current.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Noscopo to harass, impersonate, or provide false information about any person, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Check-in reminders, alerts, and escalation notices are delivered via SMS and WhatsApp through third-party carriers and platforms; delivery, timing, and location accuracy are not guaranteed and may be affected by network outages, carrier issues, device settings, or factors outside Noscopo's control. Noscopo does not monitor guests, verify criminal history, or prevent harm, and using the service does not eliminate risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noscopo and its founders, employees, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any injury, death, loss, or damage arising from or related to use of this service, including delayed, failed, or inaccurate notifications, and assume no responsibility for the actions of any guest, host, or third party. By creating a profile or using Noscopo, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that you remain solely responsible for your own safety and decisions. This service does not constitute legal, security, or professional advice.
Termination
You may stop using Noscopo and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Noscopo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
